Sermon Discussion Questions
- Describe what happens to the seed that is sown among thorns. What are the examples of the things that can choke out the Word and rob us of seeing the full fruitfulness of the Word in our lives? (Mark 4:18-19)
- What happens when we have the Word of God rooted firmly in us? What should we focus on to ensure that our hearts are open to receive the Word and to let it grow in us?
- What does it mean to desire something? How can we desire for the right things? How does having the Word of God rooted in our hearts help us to seek the right things in our lives?
