Beyond the Cross — The Mystery of Easter & Eternal Life
Message by Ps Kelly Yuan, 5 Apr 2026, 10am service
Main Passage: John 20:25-29
- When you’re under pressure, what do you instinctively grab for first (control, comfort, approval, distraction), and how does that reveal where you actually place your hope—and if Christ is risen, what would it look like to “shift your hands” in one concrete decision this week?
- If resurrection means God doesn’t “repair the old” but brings “new creation” out of what is sown, how does that reshape the way you view (a) your aging body, (b) your suffering, and (c) the death of someone you love—and which of these three is hardest for you to truly believe?
- If believers will stand before Christ for evaluation (not condemnation), what parts of your current life do you avoid bringing into the light (time, money, relationships, hidden habits), why do you avoid it, and what would “living in eternity now” look like in those same areas starting today?
