Sermon Discussion Questions

  1. What did God reveal to Moses in Exodus 3:13-15 in relation to who He is? What does it mean that God is unchanging and how can that give us security in our relationship with Him?
  2. What does it mean that God is eternal and self-sufficient? How can understanding the different character and attributes of God strengthen our relationship with Him?
  3. How does Isaiah 40:31 describe what takes place in the life of those that wait on the Lord? How does the eagle soar above the storm and how is that a picture for believers that wait and trust in God?
