Taste And See

Taste And See
Message by Ps Carol Koh, 19 Nov 2023, 10am service
Main Passage: Psalm 34:8-10

Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! Oh, fear the Lord, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him. The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing
Psalm 34:8-10

    1. God’s goodness does not end. His “goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives” (Psalm 23:6). As we draw close to 2023, how have we experienced His goodness in our family, work, and ministry? What should we do to help us walk in the goodness of God and with one another? (Ps 34:8-10, 1 Chron 16:8-12, Ps 27:13-14)
    2. It is easier to throw in the towel when things get tough than to hang in there. What should be our responses towards the reassurance of God to see us through those uncertain moments? How was your journey like in overcoming those moments? The compassion of God always amazes us. What are you thankful for in 2023? (Phi 4:6, Pro 29:18, Matt 6:33)
    3. Gratitude to God should be as regular as our heartbeat. How is your heartbeat of gratitude like? What would you do differently to live out this important virtue in your life? From the testimonies shared, what are your key takeaways on walking in the abundance and empowerment of God’s love? (Ps 37:4-5, Pro 3:3-6, Lk 1:37)
