Main Passage: Eph 4:7-8, 11-13, 16
- Where do I feel I am most gifted to serve? What are my greatest strengths? Where have I had a history of success in ministry?
- What needs are there in the church that I can meet? It may not be totally line up with what my strengths are, but I can still be a blessing.
- What is holding me back from serving? Are there past negative experiences? Or do I feel that what I contribute is unimportant, unappreciated? What else?
- Can I trust God and serve as unto God, whatever happens? (Col 3:23-24)
