Main Passage: 1 Tim 6:1-12

  1. How can we keep a positive and respectful attitude toward our bosses in challenging workplace environments? In what ways can submitting to authority be a spiritual practice that honors God and encourages personal growth? How can couples working together manage mutual submission to create harmony at home and in the workplace? (1 Timothy 6:1-2; 1 Peter 2:18-20; 1 Peter 3:1)
  2. How can we know if a teaching truly reflects the words of our Lord Jesus Christ in our diverse church community? In what ways can we find a balance between emphasizing the Word of God and being open to the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives? How can we develop a mindset that is refreshed by Scripture, helping us to willingly submit our thoughts and feelings to God’s guidance and grow in our faith? (1 Timothy 6:3-5)
  3. How can we cultivate contentment in our lives, especially in a world that constantly pushes for material success and achievement? In what ways can we align our values with godliness and contentment, ensuring our identity is rooted in Christ rather than worldly accomplishments? How can we balance the desire for success with maintaining humility and a healthy relationship with God, our family, and others? (1 Timothy 6: 6-10;Philippians 4:11-13)
