Sermon Discussion Questions
-
- What is the key word in Matthew 11:28-30? What was it about Jesus that people of all social statues want to come to Him? How is that so often contrary to what we meet in the world today?
- What does it mean to take Jesus yoke? How was that so contrary to the yoke of legalism the Pharisees and other religious leaders gave?
- How does the example of the leper in Luke 5:12-13 illustrate the truth in Matthew 11:28-29? What was it that took place in the leper’s life when the yoke was removed and can that speak into our lives today?
