Be Conscious of the Holy Spirit for Strength

Ephesians 3:16 That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through his Spirit in the inner man.

The Holy Spirit dwells in every believer of Jesus Christ just as Jesus promised. We as Christians, need to be God conscious that He is with us and in us. It is when we are conscious about the Holy Spirit dwelling in us that we know He can strengthen us when we are weak because He dwells in us, therefore we are never alone when we go through trials and tribulations.

As we face challenges, hard-pressed on every side, the Holy Spirit strengthens us with reminders on His word and His presence to counsel us, comfort us, and provide us with wisdom, grace, and perseverance.

The works of the Holy Spirit may be difficult for some of us to understand because we cannot see the Holy Spirit but with time, reflection, and consciousness of the Holy Spirit in our hearts one will realize that He sustains and refreshes us all the time.

Let‘s grow with the Holy Spirit in our hearts and learn to lean on the Holy Spirit in full faith! Because, Mark 13:11 Whenever you are arrested and brought to trial, do not worry beforehand about what to say. Just say whatever is given you at the time, for it is not you speaking, but the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit will not be indifferent while He resides in our hearts; He desires to help us because He is present and aware of every situation we face. Sometimes Christians blame God for challenges and misfortune, sometimes we get frustrated with God because we feel that God has abandoned us; but God will never abandon us because He permanently resides in our hearts.

After the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit is dispensed into each believers’ heart. He lives and dwells in every believer! Some of us might not be tapping into the help of the Holy Spirit because of the lack of knowledge about God and His work and support in the life of a believer. But remember, the Holy Spirit dwells in us and can lead us, communicate with us, encourage us and strengthened us like never before due to Christ’s great sacrifice for us!

So, let’s stay conscious of the Holy Spirit and stay curious on the Holy Spirit’s guidance in our hearts. Amen!
