Do you have the urgency of knowing that everyone is only given one chance? Nobody is able to tell when they will leave this earth. Someone commented “I will accept Christ when I am old and at my death bed.” However, death comes upon people without notice.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
The real situation in the world is that the devil has blinded the people so that they do not realize the certainty of God’s judgement and the reality of eternal damnation. They do not realize the holiness of God and therefore, think that even if there is a judgement they are able to explain away the sins that they commit every day.
Proverbs 24:11-12 Deliver those who are drawn toward death, and hold back those stumbling to the slaughter. If you say, “Surely we did not know this,” does not He who weighs the hearts consider it? He who keeps your soul, does He not know it? And will He not render to each man according to his deeds?
Jesus’ very last command was to preach the gospel to all the world and this would be our first concern. He has given the world and ministry of reconciliation and has given us the ability to speak and share the gospel and He expects a harvest of souls into His Kingdom because this life that we are living is for Christ!
Hell is a real place. It is a place where people are still pleading for help and crying for mercy but there is no turning back and no second chance. People who go there are forever separated from God. It is a place of regrets, torment, sorrow, anguish and it is for eternity. In fact, it is a place where people who go there are crying out for people to bring the gospel to their family members and love ones!
Today, tell the Lord, Yes Lord! I am willing to pull my family and friends out of the eternal fire of hell. I want to live a life pure before you and hate those things that defile me that is of the flesh. I am willing to be set apart for you alone.
