Main Passage: Psalms 115:1-11
- Who do you follow? What is the biblical definition of an idol? What are the idols in our lives, that distract us from knowing who we follow? (Psalms 115:1-11; Gal 5:16-17; Matt 16:24; Matt 6:24)
- The Bible repeatedly exhorts us to “trust in the Lord”. Why is this important? How is it integral to the Christian walk? What does faith allow us to do? (Psalms 115:9-11; Eph 2:8; Heb 11:6)
- What is the difference between knowing of God and knowing God personally? Why is it important to grow our faith in God? Reflect on your own individual level of faith. What are some practical steps you can take to grow your faith? How can your cell group strengthen your faith together?
