Prayer Requests
- Pray for In Christ Singapore, for the mission of the church. Pray that we be a church that welcomes the presence of God; and strong in prayer and worship.
- We pray for the situation in Ukraine. We pray for a peaceful resolution over the land. We seek comfort and strength over the lives of those affected by the acts of violence. We pray for wisdom upon the leaders to manage the volatile situation.
- We pray for our church members to be in good health and God’s protection upon their lives. We pray that each and every one of us can continue to be salt and light among our colleagues, families and friends.
- Pray for the upcoming M’Hub. That it will be a place for us to connect with the community and be the blessing that we are called to be. We pray for connection points to engage the community and to see lives transformed as they encounter God’s love.
- Pray for the Sunday service. For God’s presence and Spirit to be among us. Pray for protection on the children at Kids Church and the youth at Youth gatherings.
- Pray for the Alpha sessions that have just begun, and the core team. For people to be saved and people to encounter God and grow deeper in their faith.
- Pray for Ps Daniel and our mother church in SH. For God’s protection and wisdom in the midst of this time. For them to be able to reopen their on- site services.
- Pray for our leaders, board members, cell group leaders and ministry heads. Pray for the wisdom and protection of God to be upon them.

Sermon Discussion Questions
- What are the 4 kinds of soil mentioned in Mark 4:13-20? What is ‘good soil’? What does it mean to have our lives be classified as a ‘good soil’? What characteristics will our lives exhibit for others to judge that we are ‘good soil’?
- It is important to continue to cultivate the Word in our lives. How can we build up and show our faith by our works, and not let it become a ‘dead faith’? What are the three ways we can release our faith? Share some real life situations you can practice this in.
- The Christian faith is built upon the promises of God. How do we know we can trust His promises? How should we respond as a result of the trustworthiness of God? How does it empower our prayers?
- While we are to have boldness in proclaiming our faith in prayer, it is not an “I want it, I claim it” but to agree with God and what He already says about us and our situation today. How does meditating on His Word allow us to abide in Him and to remain aligned with His will to be ‘good soil’ and fruitful?
